Accredited by Musées de France, I work for private individuals and with public organizations (DRAC, museums, municipalities, etc.) throughout the greater West region. On this site, you will find photos of my work as a conservation-restoration specialist.
I obtained Master 2 level degrees from the École Supérieure des Beaux Arts in Nantes in 2005, as well as from the École Supérieure d’Arts in Avignon, with a Master 2 in Conservation-Restoration of cultural property. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Art History from the University of Nantes. I completed a preventive conservation internship on the collection of painted works at the Musée des Beaux Arts in Paris, particularly on the Prix de Rome.
My workshop was established in 2008, and since then, I have collaborated with other trades, including ornamental gilders who work on frames, cabinetmakers who address structural issues in chassis and panels, and upholsterers for patina treatments on furniture.
My areas of expertise:
- Documentary, historical, and iconographic research
- Artwork description
- Dated, documented, and illustrated condition report
- Preliminary studies: Diagnosis and recommendations for intervention
- Intervention protocol
- Intervention proposal: conservation, conservation-restoration, and restoration
- Drafting of the intervention report, dated, documented, and illustrated
My professional experience:
Specializing in the treatment of the pictorial layer in oil, I work on artworks dating from the 17th century to the contemporary period, on canvas and wood panels.
My background has also allowed me to work as a subcontractor with restorers of various specialties: Marie Gouret for the restoration of polychrome works or Tristan Mahéo, restorer of frescoes and murals.
Every year, I participate in the European Heritage Days and the Journées des Métiers d’Art.
I continue to enrich my professional experience by participating in continuing education courses organized by the INP, and in conferences and meetings presented by the C2RMF in Paris and the regions.
